Al-Ibiewi LMS is already helping Islamic academies manage real teachers, students and parents. Here is what they have been telling us.
“Immediately we tried it, I can see ‘Ease’ because it is actually making work easier for us already. No one has ever complained—from the teacher, myself or the parents—which means it’s serving the purpose.”

“I love the new interface of the portal.”
“It’s so beautiful.”
“Masha Allah, what a clean update.”

Each academy's records are kept apart. No school can see another school's students, classes or calendar.
Parents see their own children. Teachers see their own students. Directors see their own school.
Built in line with Nigeria's NDPA and COPPA principles for children's information.
We never sell, monetise or track student data for advertising.
₦500 per active student, per month. Monthly reports, report cards and parent fee collection are all included: one invoice, no extras, no seat fees.
No minimum: a small academy pays only for the students it has. From the 101st student on, every learner is free. No setup fee, no seat fees and no second invoice.
These are the questions people usually ask before moving their academy into Al-Ibiewi LMS.
You can create your academy and start adding teachers or students the same day. Most schools begin by setting up their teachers, class timetable and a few students first, then continue gradually. You do not need to configure everything at once before using the platform.
Yes. You can keep your existing website, domain and enquiry process. Al-Ibiewi LMS works alongside them. If your school uses WordPress, you can also connect the LMS through our companion plugin and embed widgets.
Parents get their own login to follow each child separately. They can view upcoming classes, attendance history, teacher notes and Qur'an progress, all without needing to ask the teacher for updates every time.
Teachers can open the day's timetable, join the class, and log the lesson from the same workflow. They can record attendance, save what was covered, add progress notes, and leave feedback for the parent or student after the session.
Yes. Al-Ibiewi LMS is built for Qur'an memorisation, revision, recitation and Tajweed, but it also supports Arabic and wider Islamic studies. That means one academy can manage different subjects and different teaching tracks inside the same system.
You can keep using the meeting tools you already use, such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Teachers and students simply join from their timetable, so class links stay organised instead of being scattered across chats.
Yes. You can schedule personal one-to-one lessons and named group classes in the same academy. A group keeps one timetable and meeting link while attendance, progress and homework remain clear for each learner.
No. Online, physical and hybrid Islamic schools can all use Al-Ibiewi LMS. A madrasah or learning centre can organise its learners, teachers, timetables, attendance, lesson records, reports and fees in one private school workspace, whether teaching happens online, in person or both.
Teachers can chat with the learners they teach and their linked families, either one-to-one or through an authorised group conversation. Parents communicate through the child selected in their family portal, and academy administrators cannot open private teacher-family chats.
You pay ₦500 per active student per month, with no minimum, so a 12-learner group-class academy pays ₦6,000 and a 40-learner one-to-one academy pays ₦20,000. The bill stops at ₦50,000 a month: from the 101st student on, every learner is free. Academies outside Nigeria pay the same price by card. Teacher, staff and parent accounts are free, and everything is on one monthly invoice.
No. Bilingual monthly progress reports, academy report cards and parent fee collection are included in every school's price. There is nothing to switch on and no second invoice.
You are not left alone after registration. We help schools through onboarding, answer setup questions, and guide them as they start adding teachers, students and classes. The goal is to make the move practical, not overwhelming.
